Returns & Exchanges
We understand that it can be a challenge to purchase apparel online and we want you to be completely satisfied with your order but since bikini are intimate wear please understand that we DO NOT offer exchanges or returns due to wrong fitting. Most our bikinis are reversible therefore we cant provide any protective stickers.
Please refer to our SIZE CHART before making a purchase. Also, you can contact us at email@example.com if you need any help with deciding the correct size. Our sizing in general runs a bit smaller than in other bikini brands.
Please note that despite using high quality materials all colors fade in time due to wearing, swimming, sunbathing...it's important that you always rinse bikini after each use in lukewarm or cold water and hang flat without wrinkles to dry in shade! If you leave wet bikinis too long cramped without drying colors may leak! Also beware that tanning oils may stain delicate materials, there will be no returns or exchanges in those cases. Usage of light and bright colors in jacuzzi or any kind of hot water bathing isn't recommended.
Note that colors on your computer or phone screen may be slightly different to reality (even though we do our best to match the real product) and that all color shades can slightly differ in each production run.
In case your order arrives damaged or there is a fault:
We certainly hope this never happens but if you do receive damaged goods, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can personally assist you and sort out your problem as quickly as possible.
In case of a fault we will kindly ask you to ship the goods to us for inspection. We will need 30days to respond from receiving the package. Thank you for understanding.
At the checkout you will be notified about the cost of shipping. Typically it costs about $5/piece, $8/2pcs , $16/4pcs etc. anywhere in the world! In case you insist on faster shipping with insurance please let us know, that is little more expensive. Often times we offer free shipping or other discounts so please check our FB page for those.
At the moment, most goods are being shipped from Bali, Indonesia. Our experience is that with regular mail delivery you get your package somewhere between 1-3 weeks however POS INDONESIA allows up to 4weeks for their delivery. You can track your package on any tracking website, we recommend either POS INDONESIA or AFTERSHIP. Don't panic if your package movement isn't updated at each step, oftentimes our packages are delivered and after that the tracking information updated on tracking website. Overall our experience with shipping has been really good, typically delivering packages to Europe in about 10days without any problems.
In case, and we certainly hope this doesn't happen, your package doesn't arrive after 4weeks of shipping confirmation please contact us immediately so we can find out what has happened. If your package is lost we definitely help you sorting out the issue. Don't forget to contact us and even though this is beyond our control we offer either replacement of the goods or refund.
